Finding Skippy will require you to head over to Heywood. Fast travel to the station on College Street, then head south towards the question mark icon that should have appeared on your map. When you arrive, you should find a bunch of cardboard boxes near a gate. Use them to climb over.

On the other side, there will be a dead body lying on the ground to the left. Next to the corpse you will find an open briefcase, and this is our goal. Skippy is inside. When you pick him up, Skippy will begin talking and you'll have a conversation with him. We highly recommend you do not try to change his name during this exchange. The final thing he will ask you is which setting you want to use for his auto-targeting: Stone Cold Killer Mode or Puppy Loving Pacifist Mode. You can probably guess that the former is the lethal setting and the latter is the nonlethal one.

Skippy is a smart pistol that will scale with your level. If you're unfamiliar, smart weapons in Cyberpunk are extremely high quality firearms that require V to have a smartlink implant installed in their hand by a ripperdoc. With this implant, smart weapons are always able to find their targets, and make headshots much, much easier. A little dot will appear on an enemy's head, and once it does fire away to nail that headshot.
