The new and old Overwatch 2 Halloween Terror skins are split between free to earn and paid. The vast majority of new and old skins are paid options, available from the Overwatch 2 store. However, you can grab one for free without even playing Overwatch 2.
Werewolf Winston Legendary Skin
The only free-to-earn skin arriving in Halloween Terror 2022 is the Werewolf Winston Legendary Skin – and you won’t be earning it in-game. Instead, this cosmetic comes as part of a Twitch promotion, which requires you to link your Twitch and Battle.net accounts.
Once done, you can earn the following rewards:
