In the Hyrcanian forest/Soma Tree area you’ll encounter the Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown Stele puzzle which asks you to position several statues to earn a hidden reward. In order to solve the Stele puzzle in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, you first need to find all the parts. And as a quick note, you’ll need to have beaten the Forest Queen boss fight for the area too and gained the Simurgh power that follows.

Start by heading left past the statues and the stele. Climb up to the room directly above and you’ll find a huge statue sitting alone in the chamber visible on the map. Use the dimension pocket power gained in the area (O on PlayStation, B on Xbox) to grab the statue. Carry it back down to the main chamber and deposit it near the others.

We have one more statue to get, and this time it’s in the room below. Make your way down to the chamber below the stele room and drop through the wooden floor here to find a medium-sized statue with its palms raised. Pick this one up with your dimension pocket and jump up. There’s one problem, you can’t carry the statue in your dimension pocket through the purple barrier on the left, and the platforms above on the right are too high to jump to!

Fortunately, you can get past this with some careful jumping and aiming. Jump up to towards the wooden platform above, then use your dimensional pocket midair to place the statue on the wooden platform over your head. Then, go left through the purple door and climb up before dropping down from above and picking up the statue again. Return to the main chamber and deposit it.

These statues keep watch, a certain direction they face. There’s an object hidden within a secret place. The largest looks to the east and watches all the rest. The medium guards the smaller in the direct that is best. Finally, observing the other two, the smallest awaits a guest.

Remove both small statues from their plinths.
Place the largest statue on the left plinth, turning it to face right (East)
Place the medium-statue with psalm raise on the middle plinth, facing to the right.
Put the painted small statue on the right plinth, facing to the left.
Leave the gray, uncolored statue off the plinths by the small one.

If in doubt, copy the orientation shown in the image above. With the statues all in the correct places, you should see a glow around Sargon before a treasure chest materializes on the podium between the left two statues.
