As for what he’s got under that cloak, these are the weapons and armor he’s got for you to buy:
- Riskrunner, an Exotic SMG, for 29 legendary shards
- Mechaneer's Tricksleeves, Hunter gloves, for 23 legendary shards
- Hallowfire Heart, a Titan chest piece, for 23 legendary shards
- Transversive Steps, Warlock boots, for 23 legendary shards
Out of those, the Warlock boots are probably the showstoppers here. Energy weapons reload when sprinting and you also get a speed boost to sprinting, something most Warlocks will be sorely in need of with all those restorative bits of armor.
