Six PC Companies Have Come Together To Launch PUBG PC Case Mod Contest

Five different countries will be represented in the contest.

A group of six different PC parts companies have banded together to organize the first ever PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds PC case mod contest, a region-spanning effort which will task contestants with designing and building specially customized PC cases which are themed around Bluehole’s popular battle royale shooter.

This inaugural PC modding content will be set within the Asia/Australia regions, with two-person teams from Australia, Thailand, India, Vietnam, and the Philippines set to compete. The six companies sponsoring the contest include Cooler Master, Nvidia, MSI, Dremel, APACER, and CableMod. As of the time of this writing, the Australia team has already completed its PC case and will be on hand during this week’s PAX Australia event to show it off from October 27-29.

As you can see from the below schedule, the PUBG PC case mod contest will actually run into next year, giving fans plenty of time to see the process and final results of each team’s creations:

  • Oct 27 – 29, 2017 – PAX Australia, Australia
  • Nov 2 – 5, 2017 – Commart, Thailand
  • Dec 9 – 10, 2017 – Gamers Connect, India
  • Jan 7, 2017 – Intel Extreme Masters, Vietnam
  • Jan 14, 2017 – Masters’ Gathering, Philippines
