Romancing Reyes Vidal is fairly simple as you only need to flirt with him whenever you see him, as opposed to completing unique Loyalty Missions as with the other Mass Effect: Andromeda romance options.
Step 1: Hunting the Archon
You are able to flirt with Reyes Vidal in an attempt to pursue a romantic relationship during the mission, Hunting the Archon. This option is only available if you refuse Sloane’s deal.
Step 2: Vehn Interrogation
After you have finished interrogating Vehn, you can flirt with Reyes Vidal in the Tartarus Bar.
Step 3: Murder in Kadara Port
Another opportunity for flirting will be made available during the mission, Murder in Kadara Port.
Step 4: Divided Loyalties
There are two opportunities to romance Reyes Vidal during the mission, Divided Loyalties. The first opportunity can occur in the Roekaar Hideout with the second one happening as you leave the hideout.
Step 5: Codename
When speaking with Reyes Vidal, you can ask him about his code name in order to advance the romance further along.
Step 6: Precious Cargo
During the Mass Effect: Andromeda mission, Precious Cargo, there will be four opportunities to flirt with Reyes Vidal to progress the romance. You can flirt with him, at the very beginning, during Kralla’s Song, at the Warehouse, and during the Wrap-Up.
Step 7: Night on the Town
The final phase of romancing Reyes Vidal in Mass Effect: Andromeda takes place during the Secondary Ops mission, Night on the Town. You can interact with Reyes during the vidcon call, when entering the party, when you speak with Keema Dohrgum, and finally in the Stockroom.
