Mario Tennis Aces Tier List

Bowser Jr. and Waluigi may have dominated the early days of Aces' life, but with the 1.2.0 update and further patches both characters have seen hefty nerfs come their way. The two former god-tier characters are nowhere near the monsters they used to be, leaving some new faces at the top of the pack.

Along with a reduced emphasis on defensive trick shots, power characters also took a hit thanks to the reduced knockback from charge shots. DK, King Koopa and Chain Chomp are still formidable presences on the court, but they've begun to fall down when compared to the precise hits of technical characters. Along with newcomer Koopa Trooper, two royal individuals have begun to establish their sovereign rule at the top.
