Fortnite may be getting a flying vehicle named Bumble, according to newly added game files.
The recent v6.22 patch for Fortnite has snuck in a few new audio effects to the game's files, this time for a new vehicle named "Bumble."
What's particularly interesting for these additions is that the majority of the audio files listed are for "Overhead" sounds. FNBR Leaks posted a short clip of the audio included one of the files, and if you listen below, yep, it certainly sounds like it's flying.

If Bumble does make its way into the game for real, it'll be the first airborne vehicle to enter Fortnite, though from the audio it's not exactly clear what form it'll take. Could it be a helicopter, a plane or some kind of hovercraft? We've no way to know for sure, but our interest has certainly been piqued.

While we certainly don't expect to be racing round Fortnite's little isle in a Battlefield-grade fighter jet, Epic Games has been playing around with new methods of traversal for some time now in Fortnite, so it's not all that surprising to see them test out how well an airborne vehicle could work too. We just can't wait to see what ridiculous tricks and kills players manage to pull off if it does get added.
