In Rage 2, there’s a long list of vehicles that you’ll need to learn how to unlock. In order to spawn vehicles in and use them, you’ll want to unlock as many vehicles as possible, as each one serves its own unique purpose. While some vehicles unlock after you find them in the wasteland and drive them to a Trade Town, others require you to complete specific objectives.

How to unlock all vehicles in Rage 2

In Rage 2, there are a few different ways to unlock new vehicles. At the start of the game, you’re given the Phoenix to use after completing the prologue. As you use the Phoenix to explore the wasteland, you’ll encounter other vehicles. What’s nice is that most of the vehicles in Rage 2 can be unlocked simply by finding them out in the wild.
When you discover a new vehicle like the Kola Kong Conquest, simply hop in and drive the vehicle to the closest Trade Town. For example, take the Kola Kong Conquest over to Gunbarrel. When you reach the closest Trade Town, you’ll be prompted to store the vehicle there. For example, you can press Square on PlayStation 4 to store and exit the vehicle.
In doing so, you’ll officially unlock the vehicle for future use, meaning you can use it as your primary ride, or spawn it when needed. Other vehicles in Rage 2 require a bit more legwork to unlock. For example, the Xerxes III requires you to complete the Loosum Dagger mission before the vehicle unlocks.

Even though this is a relatively straightforward mission, it’ll take you longer to get your hands on the Xerxes III than a vehicle like the Kola Kong Conquest which can be unlocked out in the wasteland. - Phoenix: First vehicle, unlocks after Rage 2 prologue.
- Raptor: Unlocks after you reach Level 10 in the Capture & Control Project.
- Icarus: Unlocks after you reach Level 7 in the Search & Recover Project.
- Chazcar: Unlocks after you complete the Chazcar Derby mission in Wellspring.
- Xerxes III: Unlocks after you complete the Loosum Dagger mission in Wellspring.
- Pulverizer: Found in the wasteland, drive to a Trade Town to unlock.
- Devastator: Found in the wasteland, drive to a Trade Town to unlock.
- Wind Razor: Found in the wasteland, drive to a Trade Town to unlock.
- Rolla: Found in the wasteland, drive to a Trade Town to unlock.
- Booma: Found in the wasteland, drive to a Trade Town to unlock.
- Monster Truck: Found in the wasteland if you purchased the Deluxe Edition of Rage 2, drive to a Trade Town to unlock.
- Kola Kong Conquest: Found in the wasteland, drive to a Trade Town to unlock.
- BC Burger Storm Chaser: Found in the wasteland, drive to a Trade Town to unlock.
- Dumber Truck: Found in the wasteland, drive to a Trade Town to unlock.
- Loquacious Wanderer: Found in the wasteland, drive to a Trade Town to unlock.
