New info on the Google Stadia dropped today, including pre-order details and the option to purchase a special “Founder’s Edition” version. If you’re already sold on Google Stadia, you’ll likely want to get your pre-order in as soon as possible. This is because, if you pre-order versions like the Founder’s Edition, you’ll be able to secure your Google Stadia name.
Google Stadia Pre-Orders Available
As noted above, Google Stadia pre-orders are now available for the Founder’s Edition. The Founder’s Edition price is listed at $129.99 and includes a Chromecast Ultra, three months of Stadia Pro, a three-month Buddy Pass used to gift Stadia Pro to someone else, a limited-edition controller, and the ability to secure your Google Stadia name.
Along with pre-orders comes information on the tiers available for Google Stadia. While you’ll get three months of Stadia Pro with the Founder’s Edition, there will also be a base tier available next year. Below, we’ve listed the features included with each tier.

Google Stadia is scheduled to release on November 14 and will include a solid lineup of titles like Baldur’s Gate III and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. Stadia will also offer Destiny 2, and will support the newly announced cross-save progression.
