As noted above, there are dozens upon dozens of Mii Outfit options in Super Mario Maker 2 that can be unlocked for your Mii Maker avatar. Customizing your avatar is a fun, yet completely optional component to the game. To edit your avatar, you’ll need to open the Course World game mode, then interact with your Mii to customize.

There are a variety of symbols representing different outfit pieces such as tops, bottoms, and full outfit sets.
