Each and every week in Destiny 2, Xur appears at a randomized location starting on Friday. At this location, Xur is available as an Exotic goods vendor. Given that his location is randomized, it can be challenging to sift through all of his previous spawn points in order to find him. Furthermore, because Xur sells new Exotics each week, it can also be helpful to review what he’s selling before you set aside time to seek him out.
During the week of September 6, Xur can be found at one of his signature locations selling a unique assortment of Exotic armor pieces along with an Exotic weapon. After September 10, you’ll need to wait until the following Friday to find Xur again. At that time, Xur will have moved to a new location where he’ll offer a brand new inventory of items.

Where to find Xur in Destiny 2 - September 6, 2019

Xur appears at locations at random, though he does tend to cycle through a rotation of areas each week in Destiny 2. Starting on Friday, Xur will appear at one of his main haunts. There, you can speak with Xur and browse his collection of Exotic gear, with all items available for purchase in exchange for Legendary Shards.
Starting on Friday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), Xur will be available to all players as an Exotic goods vendor in Destiny 2. Xur will remain at this location until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST) and won’t reappear until the following Friday at the same time.
During the week of September 6, Xur can be found in the Winding Cove area of the EDZ on Earth. To reach Xur, you’ll need to spawn in at Winding Cove, then head north towards the rocky cliff area. Follow the narrow path up and towards the back, near where a downed Fallen ship resides. There, you should spot Xur lurking by a tree.

During the week of September 6 through September 10, Xur can be found selling a plethora of interesting Exotic items. In Destiny 2, everything sold by Xur can be purchased in exchange for Legendary Shards, with most items priced at or around 23 Legendary Shards in total. Along with Exotic armor pieces for Warlocks, Titans, and Hunters, you can also purchase a new Exotic weapon from Xur as well as a Fated Engram.

Outside of armor pieces like the Gemini Jester, Xur also has a Lord of Wolves this week with some fancy rolls attached. While there’s no new Invitation of the Nine, you can still pick up a Fated Engram for 97 Legendary Shards along with a Five of Swords challenge card.
