Where to find Xur in Destiny 2 - September 27, 2019

Wondering where to find Xur in Destiny 2 this week? You’ve come to the right place! It’s Friday, which means it’s time for Xur to come out of hiding and sell us some Exotic goods at one of his favorite random locations. When Xur picks a location, he’ll stay there until Tuesday selling Exotic goods, which change each week.

Because his location is random, it can be a real pain to cycle through all of his previous locations in order to find him. Furthermore, because Xur’s inventory changes each week, it can be hard to determine whether it’s worth finding Xur in the first place. During the week of September 27, Xur can be found at a location he uses quite frequently selling an interesting assortment of Exotic armor pieces along with an Exotic weapon.

After October 1, you’ll need to wait until the following Friday to find Xur again. At that time, Xur will have moved to a new location and will offer a refreshed inventory of Exotic goods. Need help finding Xur in Destiny 2, or are you someone who prefers to know what he’s selling ahead of time? Below, we’ve put together a complete guide that’ll explain where you can find Xur and what Exotic items he’s selling during the week of September 27 through October 1 in Destiny 2!

In Destiny 2, Xur selects locations to spawn at randomly, though he does tend to cycle through a familiar rotation of hangouts each week. Starting on Friday, Xur will appear at one of these locations. Once there, you can interact with Xur and browse through his collection of Exotic items, with everything sold by Xur available for purchase in exchange for Legendary Shards.

Starting on Friday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), Xur will be available to all players as an Exotic goods vendor in Destiny 2. Xur will remain at his chosen location until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), and won’t reappear until the following Friday at the same time.

During the week of September 27, Xur can be found hanging around the Giant’s Scar region of IO. To reach him, you’ll need to spawn into the Giant’s Scar region, then use your Sparrow to travel northwest. Look for a large cliff area, then hop off your Sparrow and walk towards a small cave opening near the cliffside. Inside the cave, you’ll find Xur.
