The Shadowkeep expansion is now available for Destiny 2 players, bringing with it a wealth of new content. If you pre-ordered Shadowkeep, you may be wondering where your pre-order bonuses are. After all, these bonus items can come in handy as you work your way through Shadowkeep’s haunted Moon! How to redeem pre-order bonuses in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep

Gamers who pre-ordered Destiny 2: Shadowkeep will undoubtedly be looking forward to getting their hands on bonuses including a Two-Tailed Fox Exotic rocket launcher along with an Exotic “Chasing Kitsune” weapon ornament.
Unlike other games that automatically give you your bonuses once you’re able to jump into the game, you’ll actually need to complete a few extra steps in order to unlock and access your pre-order bonuses in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep. Don’t worry, it won’t take too much time to do this!
First, you’ll need to get into the game, which can be difficult as the servers experience overload. Everyone’s really excited for Destiny 2: Shadowkeep, as are we. Once you’re finally able to access Destiny 2: Shadowkeep, you’ll need to unlock the Moon as a new destination, then unlock Eris Morn as a vendor.
Essentially, you’ll need to play through the opening section of Shadowkeep before you can grab your pre-order bonuses.

With Eris Morn unlocked, head out and pay her a quick visit. Note that you can find Eris Morn outside of Sanctuary on the Moon. After speaking with Eris Morn, you should eventually be able to spot your pre-order bonus items as you browse through Eris Morn’s selection of Moon Bounties.
To quickly recap, you can redeem your pre-order bonuses in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep after you complete the opening section of the expansion. You’ll need to get into the game, unlock the Moon as a new destination, unlock Eris Morn as a vendor, then browse through Eris Morn’s inventory to find and access your pre-order bonus items.
