In Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint, the M82 blueprint can be found inside Assembly Hall Omega 01. To break this down even further, you’ll want to head to the southeastern part of Restricted Area 01 located southeast of Burnet Ridge, then head inside Assembly Hall Omega 01.
Given the location, you’ll encounter a swarm of enemies guarding Restricted Area 01 and Assembly Hall Omega 01, so be sure to come prepared. If you’re playing solo and have the Parachute unlocked, it’s possible to use your Parachute to land in closer to Assembly Hall Omega 01 and use a sniper rifle to pick off enemies from afar.
After that, you can use stealth to make your way inside. If you’re playing co-op and have enough gear at your disposal, you can also go in guns blazing for a fun firefight as the area has some solid loot to pick up in addition to the M82 blueprint.
