Can you Fast Travel in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order?

Metroidvanias certainly have made a big impression on AAA gaming this year! The Likes of Control and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order both have you scampering back and forth between areas to uncover hidden secrets each time you gain a new power. As it’s common in most games of this sort, many players are keen to know if you can Fast Travel in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, and this guide will provide you with the unfortunate answer to that question.

Unfortunately, no, you cannot Fast Travel in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Well, not unless you count the spaceship, as that thing travels pretty fast! Heyyo. Jokes aside, this is actually quite a pain as running through each of the worlds you access can take quite a bit of time. There are shortcuts to unlock, but these don’t save you all that much time and you’ll still need to fight or run past most of the enemies.

Unlike Sekiro or Dark Souls, you won’t unlock a Fast Travel ability late in the story to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order either. That means no matter how far through the game you are, you’ll always have to run through each planet when you travel there. It’s fairly frustrating on a large planet like Zeffo, so we’d encourage not hopping back and forth between planets for collectables unless you’ve already unlocked the Force Push and Pull powers from the story. That said, even without the ability to Fast Travel in Jedi: Fallen Order, you should definitely head to Dathomir early so you can pick up the double-bladed lightsaber as early as possible

Sorry we can’t offer more help with being able to Fast Travel in Jedi: Fallen Order, but perhaps we can provide some assistance with these other helpful guides:
