PUBG gets down and dirty with Desperado and Biker crates

The PC test server for PUBG is testing new cosmetic crates containing Biker or Desperado gear.

Each of the new crates is filled with brand new items of clothing to look fabulous in as you bleed out on a cold, rainy island or sunny desert slopes. Which crate you recieve on a drop has been tweaked to favor the newer models, with a 40% chance of receiving either the Biker or Desperado crate.

As for what’s in them? Well, the Biker crate is filled with all the leathered up gear you’d expect, including biker pants, and some aviator goggles, while the Desperado includes some fancy jackets, patrol caps, the Princess Power Tank-top (no idea what this is but we need it)  and, most exciting, both crates have the chance to grab a cloth mask to really show off how cool you are.

As things stand the Biker crate will be free to open, while the Desperado crate requires a key to secure its innards.

Here’s the full list of items with drop rates:

The PC test server is currently granting players 100,000BP and 6 keys to test out the new crates and items.

The update also includes some stability improvements and the ability to report cheaters without them having to kill you. PUBG Corp. has emphasised that stopping cheaters is a core goal of theirs coming into the new year.

A series of bug fixes are included that are soon to be pushed to the main game — you can read the full notes here — but we’ll leave you with the most important and interesting change we spotted:
