It may be a battle royale, but Call of Duty: Warzone is still COD, and that means killstreaks. These powerful abilities have been reduced and reworked for Warzone’s 150-player matches, but you’ll definitely want to know how to get them from a Buy Station and what they do
All Killstreaks in Call of Duty: Warzone
Currently there are three Killstreaks in Call of Duty: Warzone. Here are all the ones we’ve seen so far with their in-game descriptions:
- Shield Turret: A manual shielded turret that can be deployed on most surfaces.
- Cluster Strike: Signal for a number of cluster mortars to hit the designated location.
- Precision Airstrike: Call in twin jets for a precision strike along the best available path.
- UAV: UAV recon ship reveals enemy locations on the minimap. (only works in the nearby area ~100m radius)
Activision may change up which Killstreaks are available over time in Warzone, especially given we see several other abilities in the reveal trailer, but for now these are the only ones we’re aware of.
How to get Killstreaks in Call of Duty: Warzone
Despite their name, Killstreaks aren’t earned through kills. To get Killstreaks in Call of Duty: Warzone, you either need to find them in extremely rare spawns on the map, or purchase them from a Buy Station. They’re pretty expensive, so make sure you earn money by earning kills or completing contracts. Finally, you can also get Killstreaks by picking them up off killed enemies. If you think you’re going to die, be sure to use that streak before you do!
You can only equip one Killstreak at a time, with each member of your squad carrying one. Killstreaks will be extremely valuable at the late stage of the game, so be sure to keep some in your squad if you can.

There are more than just killstreaks available for you to purchase from the Buy Stations scattered throughout the map. Armor, weapons and even team revives can be bought. Here’s the full list of what can be purchased at Buy Stations, along with their starting prices.
- Armor Plate Bundle: $1500
- Shield Turret: $2000
- Cluster Strike: $3000
- Gas Mask: $3000
- Precision Airstrike: $3500
- UAV: $4000
- Self-Revive Kit: $4500
- Munitions Box: $5000
- Loadout Drop Marker: $6000
- Squad Buyback: $4500 (for each squad member)
Over the course of a Warzone game, some items will be put on discount, reducing their costs. Keep an eye out for offers at different Buy Stations to see if some Killstreaks or rewards are available for cheap.
Most of the options are fairly self-explanatory, but a few are more exciting than others. The Gas Mask protects you from the effects of the zone for a total of 15 seconds before breaking. You can equip and de-equip it, but after 15 seconds of total use, it will break. This item is best used to reposition in the final stages of the game. The Self-Revive Kit allows you to revive yourself once downed, and we’re failry certain can only be purchased from Buy Stations.
Finally, the Loadout Drop Marker can be used to call in a specific weapon loadout which you can set up in advance of the game. Create your perfect weapon loadout before you play, then buy this to call it down for use throughout the match.
