How to get the best sniper rifle in Far Cry 6
Fans of the Far Cry franchise will likely recognize the name MBP .50, as this sniper rifle was in both Far Cry 5 and Far Cry: New Dawn. It's a bolt action rifle that uses, you guessed it, .50 caliber ammo. The fully upgraded version of the MBP features a long-range scope, suppressor, and 10-round extended magazine. Besides that, the gun just outmatches its counterparts in terms of accuracy, damage, and range. In short, it's the best sniper in the game for a reason.
To snag the MBP .50 in Far Cry 6, you'll need to complete quests for Clara in Esperanza, who will eventually give you the Paradise Lost mission. This is a ground assault of the capital, and can only be accessed if you've gotten far enough in the main story.
Once you've started the mission, complete the objectives as you normally would until you reach a point where you need to plant explosives onto three checkpoints. You can rig the explosives in any order you'd like, but keep your eyes peeled when you rig the generator near the El Rayo Cinema. There's a chest nearby that contains the MBP .50. Once you find it, you can equip and use the MBP for the rest of your time playing Far Cry 6.
