In Lies of P’s second location, Elysion Boulevard, you’ll have the chance to complete a small side mission in which you help a lady in the quarantined district who’s looking for her baby. She’s found in the courtyard which is home to a baton-wielding police offer puppet. Climb the ladder in the side of the courtyard and you’ll find a window with a silhouette in it.
Speak with the dying lady inside the window and she’ll ask you to find her baby at Krat City Hall. That location is just a short trip away, and while you can’t find her actual baby, you can make the lady a touch happier in her dying days. Below you’ll find the steps required to complete the Lies of P baby puppet quest.

To help the quarantined lady you’ll need to head forward through the Elysion Boulevard level, defeating the Mad Donkey boss and pushing on to the next Skygazer. The location we’re looking for is just outside the entrance to the Krat City Hall area with the Scrapped Watchman boss.
If you’ve already beaten the Scrapped Watchman, you can start from the courtyard and head backwards, turning left once you make it outside. Otherwise, head forward towards the boss from the previous Stargazer and past the first two saber-wielding puppet guards. You’ll reach an open-sky area just before the City Hall building with some benches and trees on either side. Turn right and you’ll see a larger headless worker puppet pummeling a body on the ground.

Defeat or run past this puppet to grab the item in the back corner of the area. This will be the Broken Baby Puppet. Not a real baby, but it’ll do just fine for this quest. Head back to the lady in the window (the Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard Stargazer is closest if you’ve unlocked the elevator shortcut) and speak with her to hand over the puppet.
The lady will ask if you think her baby is adorable, and you’ll be given the chance to tell her that it’s actually a puppet or lie and say that the baby looks nice. Choose to lie with the "She's a cute baby" option and you’ll make her happy, rewarding you with a Vivid Ergo Fragment and the Feel record. You can listen to the record in Hotel Krat in order to increase your Humanity.
