Jason is one terrifying monster in Friday the 13th: The Game, with a lot of abilities and stats that make him almost unstoppable. While there is a way to kill Jason, if you’re planning on playing as Jason you’re going to want to make sure you know how to use his abilities properly and effectively.
Each Jason comes with the same set of abilities, but each Jason is better than the others in a few ways. One Jason might have better cooldowns on Shift, while another has a better Sense. Much like there are a lot of Counselor weapons, each Jason comes with a different weapon as well!
All Jason Abilities

Jason has five abilities, four of which are available shortly after the match starts, with one being available only toward the very end of the game. Use Jason’s abilities wisely, but use them often to ensure you catch and kill all the Counselors!
- Morph – Jason’s Morph ability lets him teleport to a selected location on the map. Simply click where you want to teleport and Jason will appear there.
- Sense – This ability of Jason’s allows him to easily detect nearby Counselors based on their fear levels. Counselors with higher fear levels will glow a more intense shade of red.
- Shift – The Shift ability allows Jason to disappear and move extremely quickly for a short duration. This ability is extremely difficult to control, as you will need to fight the wobbly movement and pull Jason back in line.
- Stalk – Another Jason ability is Stalk, which mutes Jason’s theme that plays whenever he’s near a Counselor. This lasts for a short duration, but gives Jason enough time to get in close for the kill.
- Rage – Rage is the last of Jason’s ability and the one which charges over the course of the entire match. Once the Rage meter is full, Jason’s abilities become more powerful, have a shorter cooldown, and now Jason can smash through doors and some walls.
All Jason Stats

There are seven Jasons to unlock and play as in Friday the 13th: The Game, and each one comes with different stats. These stats include strengths, weaknesses, a weapon type, and different grab kills. After playing Jason for a while, you will learn what Jason abilities you find more important, which will help you select the Jason with the right stats for you.
