In Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint, fast travel primarily works in conjunction with rest areas known as Bivouacs. One of the first Bivouacs you’ll encounter is located at the main headquarters in Erewhon and takes the form of a large campfire. By resting near a Bivouac you can trigger an auto-save and do things like change your class.

As you explore Auroa, you’ll encounter other Bivouacs that can be used as fast travel points. The more Bivouacs you interact with, the more fast travel points you’ll have available for future use. Note you can also fast travel to Erewhon as a main hub, and to your teammates directly if you get separated.

You can’t fast travel if you’re in combat or moving, so make sure you’re still, on the ground, and in a safe area before attempting to fast travel. To use a fast travel point, you’ll need to open your menu, then select TacMap. Hover over the location you wish to fast travel to whether it’s a Bivouac in the vicinity of the area you wish to go, or a specific teammate.

After finding a suitable fast travel point, select it, then hold the fast travel button. For example, you can hold A on Xbox One and X on PlayStation 4 to begin the fast travel process. There’s no cost or penalty when it comes to fast travel in Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint, so feel free to open your map and fast travel whenever the need arises.
