Highest DPM Tank Destroyers – Tier 8
T28
America offers up the T28 with its DPM of 2,750 to be the first entrant at Tier 8. The frontal hull armor of the T28 is incredibly thick, coming in at 254 mm. This allows you to survive a lot of punishment, just be sure to hide the weaker lower glacis.
AT 15
Another British TD makes the list in the form of the AT 15, a Tank Destroyer that can boast a DPM of 2,878. This can be achieved when the 120 mm AT Gun T53 is equipped and standard AP rounds are used.
ISU-152
Not to be confused with the SU-152, the ISU-152 can reach an astronomical DPM of 3,297 when the 122 mm D-25S mod. 1944. While this doesn’t hit as hard as the incredible 152 mm BL-10, it boasts higher sustained damage. The trouble is obviously keeping your target locked down and avoiding getting shot. Easier said than done.
