Your first chance to complete a Pandora Monument puzzle is comes in the Grasslands Ring East 1 area. While solving the main puzzles to cross the bridge to the tower, you might encounter interesting monuments to Prometheus and Pandora. The former is more obviously direct, asking you to find a sprite hidden in the area.
The Pandora Monument puzzle is more interesting, demanding you think outside the box of the standard puzzles. In case you’re stuck, this guide will explain how to solve the Pandora puzzle in the Grasslands Ring area of The Talos Principle 2.
The Talos Principle 2 Grasslands Ring Pandora Monument puzzle solution
Look up at the Pandora Monument in the Grasslands Ring (found by heading far to the right when facing towards the bridge to the tower) and you’ll spot that the statue is holding a green receiver. To power it, you’ll need to head to Puzzle 8: Entanglement. If you haven’t solved this puzzle yet, you can find our guide to the Grasslands Ring puzzles here.

Follow the signs to Puzzle 8, located to the right of the bridge to the tower. Inside, you’ll complete a puzzle which involves lifting an RGB Converter up on top of a box on a fan. Before you deploy this fan, look over the wall behind the fan chamber. If you stand in the center of the puzzle area, you should be able to see the Pandora statue in the distance.

It’s very small, but if you aim under the statue’s left hand, you should be able to target and select the green receiver to link it to the RGB converter. Make sure this is linked before you raise the RGB converter up on the fan. If linked to that and the red and blue sources, you’ll power the Pandora Monument.
